4.Offshore Manufacturing & Production Management
End-to-end management from sampling through to bulk production.
We manage the entire offshore manufacturing process, acting as the key point of contact between your brand and the factory. From manufacturer sourcing, sampling and fit through to costings, critical paths, purchase orders, quality control and bulk production, we oversee each stage to ensure your product is executed correctly, on time and ready for shipment.

We meet to discuss your ideas, references overall vision, then define the collection direction through research, trend forecasting, moodboards, colour palettes and key items.

We develop the collection through range planning, design sketches, colourways, fabrics, trims and finishes. We develop the initial concepts, moodboards, colour direction and design sketches for your collection.

Develop
Once designs are approved, we develop the range and create the complete factory-ready packs, including tech packs, specifications, grading, fabrics, trims and supporting documents for each style

Produce
We manage factory communication, sampling, fit sessions, revisions and product development to ensure each style is ready for production.

Deliver
We manage the collection through bulk production to final shipment, overseeing factory communication, costings, critical paths, purchase orders, quality control and final approvals.

Based in Melbourne, Stephanie founded Bowla to make professional fashion design and production more accessible for growing brands. Today, she works alongside a trusted team of industry specialists, guiding clients from concept to production with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
